• Immunofluorescence & immunohistochemical studies
• Consultation of radiographic and clinical images
• Second opinion review of microscopic slides
• Complimentary biopsy kits for return of specimens
• Complimentary delivery of biopsy specimens to the laboratory by the U.S. Postal Service
• 24-hour turnaround time on most biopsies excluding those that not require further analysis such as special stains or decalcification procedures 
• Gross description and orientation of tissue prior to processing by board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologists
• Same day courier service to transport oriented specimens to an ASCP-certified histotechnician for processing into microscope slides
• A complete written report including history, gross description, microscopic description, diagnosis, and comments (when appropriate) 
• Upon request, we are happy to provide histologic images (photomicrographs) for your case files
• Personal telephone reporting by the pathologist of all malignant diagnoses and unusual findings
• Availability of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologists to discuss special concerns and procedures on a case-by-case basis
• Same day faxing of reports
• Same day mailing of the original written report
• Direct billing to the patient from our laboratory for our services
• Courtesy billing of the patient’s PPO medical or dental insurance, when complete insurance information is provided
• Interest free payment plans for patients with financial challenges
