Dr. Audrey Boros is the laboratory director of Oral Pathology Associates.  

Dr. Boros earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Anatomy and Cell Biology from McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and a Master’s of Science in Pathology and Molecular Medicine from Queen’s University (Kingston, Ontario).  She graduated amongst the top of her class, earning her DDS from The University of Southern California, Ostrow School of Dentistry. Following graduation, she pursued her interest in oral pathology, completing a three-year residency at New York Presbyterian-Queens during which time she helped sign out in excess of 35,000 cases.

She is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Pathologist and an active educator. She is a part-time Assistant Professor at Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC where she instructs and directs courses in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology to post-doctoral residents of Oral Surgery, Endodontics, Periodontics and Prosthodontics as well as pre-doctoral dental students and hygiene students.  In addition, she instructs numerous distance education and continuing education courses for USC.  Dr. Boros also has an active oral medicine practice in Santa Monica (see Dr. Boros Oral Medicine Practice tab above for more information). She is also a volunteer attending at LAC+USC Medical Center where she consults with medical pathologists on oral pathology cases.

Dr. Boros is the immediate past President of the Southern California Academy of Oral Pathology (SCAOP), an organization which aims to promote continuing education related to Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and is an active member on several committees of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.
